Keith & Kathleen, owners of Addo Animus boast a wealth of experience in sport, coaching, marketing, sports-tech, health innovation, and business development, from small start ups to international blue chip brands.

 

Keith Davies has worked all over the world as a rugby coach with many professional and international teams, he won a Super-15 Rugby Championship in 2011 as a member of the Queensland Reds.

Specialising in sports tech, and coaching , he has also worked in his capacity as a renowned analyst and advisor with numerous professional teams, Olympians and sporting organisations across the sporting spectrum. Much of his working life has been spent in Japan, where he also coached numerous corporate, university, and high school teams. He is the only coach ever to coach a separate high school, university and corporate team to first time National Championships.

Most mornings at the crack of dawn he finds time to follow his passion of surfing.

 

Kathleen Carlyon has worked in marketing, sales, and various business development roles in a number of blue chip companies as well as at government level with the Welsh Development Agency. Specialising in health IT and innovation, companies she has worked for include Johnson & Johnson, Telstra Health, The Advisory Board. She also sits on a number of consumer & advisory boards including with the Gold Coast Hospital and is volunteer surf lifeguard on the Gold Coast. 

She is an avid swimmer (World Top 10 ranked in her age-group) clocking numerous hours per week in local pools, creeks and the ocean.
